Set Up Your Stock Sheets - How to Add a Location

You will need to create your locations before you are able to start a stock take.

1. Click on Stock on the Main Menu
2. Your site and profit centre will default. If you have access to more than one site or profit
   centre, click on the drop-down box and select the relevant one
3. Click on Locations Admin
4. Click on Add
5. Type in the name of the Location with a Description if required. The name of the
   location is used throughout the system so ensure this is adequate to identify this location
6. Click on OK
7. You can also create Sub Levels e.g. if you have multiple freezers you want to group, you would have a level for Freezers and then sub levels for Freezer 1, Freezer 2 etc. To create a new Sub Level for this Location, click on Add on the line of your new location
8. Enter name and description. Keep the description the same as the location name
9. Click on OK
10. To view the Sub Level, click on the + button
11. To add more Locations and Sub Levels click on Add and follow the steps above
12. Click on OK to complete location creation
13. You can now begin your stocktake
